NEW YORK CHEESECAKE


I love this cheesecake recipe, it's really big and oh so good.

PHILADELPHIA NEW YORK CHEESECAKE
Serves 16-20
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 TBLSP sugar
3 Tblsp melted butter or margarine
FILLING
5 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
3 Tblsp flour
1 Tblsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 325 deg. Mx crumbs, sugar & butter and press firmly into springform pan. Bake 10 min.
Beat well the following ingredients: sugar, flour, vanilla with electric mixer until smooth, no lumps. Add sour cream and eggs mixing on low until well blended. Pour into crust
Bake 1 hr 10 min or until center is almost set. Refrigerate 4 hrs or better overnight to ripen. Top with pie filling.
